For years, I lived exactly what I now help my clients overcome: chronic stress, binge eating, and diets that never worked.
I left a frantic life in Italy for Bali — and there, I finally understood that true health isn't about restriction. It's about Mindful nutrition, stress management, and reconnecting with your body.
Today, at 47, I feel more energized than I did at 30. Over the past 7 years, I've guided hundreds of women to that same result: less visceral fat, more energy, and real peace with food — and with themselves.
